As a casual/part-time working for NCC we value your input in supporting the room Lead Educator in the development and delivery of the learning program as per the Early Years Learning Framework and service philosophy. All educators are respected within our service and responsible for providing stimulating, caring and happy environments for children to support positive outcomes.
Other day-to-day duties may include:

About You
To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood or be willing to study and a Blue Card/Working With Children check.
Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with young children, families, and the community is critical to your success in this role. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure you can effectively liaise with families while providing accurate documentation regarding learning outcomes.
